How to request a return
Need to exchange or send back a product? With Forge Wallet, it is simple and fast in three easy steps! You may return your order within 60 days after receiving it, and we will make sure the purchase amount is credited back to your account within five working days after the return shipment arrives. Use these steps to begin your return:
1. To use your right to cancel/return, you need to inform us (Forge Wallet, forgemenswallet@gmail.com) of your decision to cancel this contract through a clear statement, such as a letter sent by post or by e-mail. 2. Return your order: Send the goods together with the confirmation from Forge Wallet to the address we provided to you. Please include a tracking code inside the package. As the sender, you remain responsible, and this helps prevent any confusion. 3. Get the refund in your bank account: After we have received the package, we will make sure the purchase price is refunded to your bank account within 5 working days.
