Returns policy
Welcome to Forge Wallet’s returns policy. We work to make sure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, your order is not right for you, we are here to help.
You have 90 days from the date your order was delivered to start a return. If 90 days have passed since you bought the item, we are sorry that we cannot provide a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging. Goods that are not in their original condition, are damaged or are missing parts for reasons not caused by us cannot be returned.
Follow these steps to begin a return:
1. To exercise the right to cancel/return, you must inform us (Forge Wallet, forgemenswallet@gmail.com) of your decision to cancel this contract through a clear statement, such as a letter by post or e-mail.
2. Send back your order: Return the goods together with the confirmation from Forge Wallet to the address you received from us. Please include a tracking code in the package. As the sender, you are responsible, and we want to prevent any misunderstandings.
3. Receive the refund in your bank account: Once we have received the package, we will make sure the purchase price is refunded to your bank account within 5 working days.
Certain kinds of goods cannot be returned, including perishable goods, personalized items and gift cards.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
